Refund policy
Unfortunately, as all products are printed once ordered, it is not possible to receive an exchange or request a return unless the product is faulty. However, if you realise that you have made a mistake immediately after completing an order (size, address, colour, etc.), please contact lena@andwhatofit.com to see what can be done.
In the case that you receive a damaged product, or one with a manufacturing error, send a request to lena@andwhatofit.com with the necessary details and a photo of the reported error.
If there is a problem with unsuccessful delivery, please contact lena@andwhatofit.com with your order details (including name and address). In this instance, please state whether you desire a reprint or a partial refund.
